Intense and bright straw yellow. On the nose, it features an elegant and rich aroma with fresh notes of citrus fruits, white flowers and almonds. On the palate, it is dry, very fresh and mineral, with a smooth velvety texture. It pairs perfectly with fish soups, white meats and soft cheeses.
