Bright straw yellow with subtle golden nuances. Intense and aromatic with floral hints of rose, broom and acacia, notes of citrus fruits, tropical fruits and cedar, with a characteristic finish of Mediterranean spices and lesser calamint. It has a very dry, delicate and balanced taste with well-defined freshness and minerality, and an aftertaste consistent with its nose. A lingering mineral finish.
