GRAPPA MONOVITIGNO DI FIOR D’ARANCIO

Le Volpi Grappa is a single grape variety grappa produced by distilling the pomace of Fior d’Arancio, the unique and precious DOCG of the Euganean Hills. Pure distillation of this aromatic grape variety, Moscato Giallo, gives this grappa its special delicate elegance. Featuring a bright colour and an enveloping aroma, it is soft and silky on the palate, with notes of tropical fruits and sage.

Le Volpi Grappa is made from pure grape pomace. It is produced, using the discontinuous direct steam system with copper pots.
