Extra-Virgin Olive Oil made exclusively from olives harvested on our estate. The oil is obtained by pressing the best olives harvested by hand in October and November, which are then immediately crushed. Pressing is carried out at a controlled temperature and known as “cold pressing”. The oil obtained is a bright golden yellow colour with green reflections. It has an intense fruity aroma with hints of almonds. On the palate, it is full-bodied and sweet, with a pleasant spicy aftertaste.
